Files from the computer are dropped onto the page or straight onto a folder. Photos and video open for viewing.
Access by link
A link opens a file or folder to anyone who has it, or only to people signed in to RobX. It can have an expiry and be revoked.
Access by e-mail
Enter an e-mail — the file or folder appears in the person’s “Shared with me”. They can “Add to mine” as a copy.
Projects open in their own app
RobX apps save work to this same cloud. Such a file has an “Open in …” button.

How much space is there?
The plan sets the size. Usage is shown in the cloud itself.
Can a link be opened without signing up?
Yes, if the owner chose “anyone with the link”. A “signed-in only” link opens after signing in to RobX.
Can the recipient change my file?
No. They open the file or folder and may add a copy to their cloud — your original is untouched.
Can I make different links to one folder?
Yes. For example one for the class and one for parents — and revoke either without touching the other.
